Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made 2 days or more prior to the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Cancellations made 1 day prior to the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1000 or 20% of the fee value.
• Cancellations made within 10 hours of the scheduled service or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

3. Exceptions

• In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, Cauvery Cars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services without prior notice. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

4. Modification Policy
